Welcome

I imagine you are already creative, resilient, intelligent, strong, zestful and worthy of love and belonging.

Yet, life – our circumstances, relationships, major transitions, oppressive society, self criticism, losses – can sometimes make us feel alienated and isolated from these inherent parts of ourselves.

When this happens, we might feel lost, depressed, lonely, anxious, addicted, purposeless, or left with a sense that something is missing and life could feel fuller.

For much of human history, we have often sought support from other humans in moments of such disconnection.

Therapy can be one way of seeking to be reconnected with ourselves, our values, our loved ones, our world, and living the life we want for ourselves.

I have 6+ years of experience working with clients with a broad spectrum of life and mental health concerns. Below you will find particular areas of interest.
